Same Day ID allows customers to design, customize, and order professional ID cards online. All products are printed and shipped from our facility the same day the order is placed, barring any payment issues or order clarification needs.
2. Custom Design Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the data they input into our design tool. Please verify all text and images before placing your order. Same Day ID is not liable for errors in submitted designs.
3. Payment & Pricing
Pricing is transparent and listed on our pricing page. Payment is required at checkout. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards via our secure Stripe integration.
4. Refund Policy
Because all cards are custom printed, refunds are typically not issued unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error caused by our team. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Prohibited Uses
Customers may not use Same Day ID to create fake, misleading, or fraudulent identification cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order deemed unlawful or suspicious without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content including images, text, and design tools are the property of Same Day ID and may not be copied, repurposed, or distributed without written permission.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes your agreement to any changes.
