At Same Day ID, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. Because our ID cards are custom-printed and personalized, our refund policy is outlined below:
1. No Refunds on Custom Products
All ID cards are custom made to your exact specifications. Once an order has been submitted and printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as design errors or typos made by the customer.
2. Errors or Damage
If your card arrives damaged or contains an error that was our fault, we will gladly reprint the card free of charge or issue a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a clear photo of the issue.
3. Case-by-Case Review
In special situations, we may offer refunds or reprints at our discretion. These will be reviewed case-by-case. Please email support@samedayid.com with your order number and reason for your request.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, if your order was lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide a reprint or replacement.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve your issue first may result in account suspension or blacklisting from future purchases.
