02 Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and scanned by our carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 4 hours after the 2:00 PM cutoff for tracking links to become active in the carrier's system.
Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays.
03 Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Same Day ID is not liable for delays caused by incorrect suite numbers, zip codes, or recipient names. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, a re-shipping fee may apply.
