How to Order ID with No Printer
- On some paper state the ID card(s) you require and any special offer you may be using.
- If ordering a PVC card enclose your name, DOB, place of study, nationality and signature. Also include a passport photo (with name on rear in biro). If ordering a KIT card no information or photo is required.
- For the return of your new ID card include your name and address on a stamped envelope (do not seal) - if ordering from outside the UK no stamp is required on this envelope – we provide overseas postage.
- Place correct payment in your return envelope but do not seal. Payment is accepted in cash (no coins), postal order or cheque (with name and address on rear) made payable to LSL. €uro, AU$ and CA$ payment accepted in cash OR cheque when made out in UK£ payable to LSL only.
- Please note that special delivery services and postal orders are available from your post office.
